Fusion is a versatile sedan. Besides standard offer, it also has hybrid and plug-in hybrid (Energi) variant. Nevertheless, the starting price will be around $27,000. We still don’t know which trim levels Energi plug-in hybrid will keep, but its price range will go up to $45,000. It won’t have too many competitors. Hyundai Sonata and Cadillac CT6 offer PHEV versions which could be called the most serious rivals.
